We hope you will join us for a fun summer golf event to benefit Community Crossroads!

In addition to our 31st Annual Golf Challenge in September, we are introducing the 1st Annual Virtual Golf Event for 2020. How does a virtual golf event work? It's easy!

  • Register to participate
  • Play a round of golf at the golf course of your choice (mini/9/18) before September 1st
  • Miniature, 9 holes, 18 holes, backyard - it's your choice - get out and have some fun!

Registration is just $30.00! This tax-deductible donation includes a chance to win four rounds of golf at the golf course of your choice (up to $200.00) and other fabulous prizes! All virtual golfers will be entered into a drawing and the winners will be notified by September 7th.

Send us your selfies! Have fun keeping up with other virtual golfers and meet our sponsors on our CC2020 Virtual Golf Facebook page!

Is your business looking for some amazing marketing exposure during BOTH golf events? There are several sponsorship opportunities available for our virtual golf event, including our $250.00 Executive Sponsor and $100.00 Event Sponsor levels. Your sponsorship will also carry over to our 31st Annual Golf Challenge in September.

Who are we?
Community Crossroads Inc. is a private, non-profit organization that provides supports and services to over 1600 individuals:

  • Individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Individuals with acquired brain disorders
  • Older adults and individuals with chronic medical conditions

100%
Every penny of the proceeds from our virtual golf event and annual golf tournament directly supports our individuals and families. These funds bridge the gap between Medicaid dollars and the quality of life needs of those we serve, such as adaptive equipment and therapeutic services, home accessibility, social and recreational interests, and educational opportunities.

On behalf of the many individuals and families we serve, thank you for your kindness and generosity.
