How It Works:

Community Crossroads' Family Support Council is excited to host its 1st Gift Calendar Fundraiser with multiple chances to win in the Month of February 2021.

• Mail your cash/check to the address below. Mailed entries must be received prior to February 1, 2021.
• Starting February 1, 2021 daily drawings begin and the lucky recipient will be notified by phone and/or email.
• Awards will be mailed to recipients.

Proceeds Information:

100% proceeds will go directly to support our families in our region and be used to provide access to valuable activities like camperships, music and other therapies, respite, dances, and social opportunities as well as training and services/adaptive equipment not covered by insurance and/or Medicaid.

Our Mission:

For almost 40 years we have assisted people who have developmental disabilities to live full lives in their communities. Over time, we have expanded our services to include those who have acquired brain disorders as well as the elderly.

We consistently hear how grateful people are that we are there to help them when they need it. We know we couldn’t do it without you– your generosity makes it possible for that to happen.

Music To Your Ears!

Thanks to the generous support of people like YOU, Sarah enjoyed a Music Therapy Campership. Engaging in leisure activities allows all of us to pursue interests and passions. It also builds confidence and allows for on-going personal growth. Using modified music sheets and a color coded keyboard on Thursday Zooms, Sarah's appreciation and love of music was developed and fostered as she learned to play a piano/organ.

Other Ways to Support Our Efforts:

Donations of merchandise, gift certificates, and/or cash contributions to use as contest and raffle prizes are always needed and appreciated! All donations can be mailed to Community Crossroads or dropped off at a prearranged time/date. Call Aleece at (603)893-1299 to arrange drop off. All contributions will be recognized on the day of the corresponding raffle in February on our website.
