How It Works:

Community Crossroads' Family Support Council is excited to host a 3rd Annual Calendar Fundraiser with drawings worth over $1700 of shopping and dining gift cards, great prizes, getaways, and cash in the Month of February 2025.

How To Purchase Chances to Win:

1. Online - Select the ticket above and follow the easy prompts. Your purchase is safe and secure.
2. Offline- Mail a check out to Community Crossroads. Include the following information with your check: your name(s), email, and telephone number. Also, indicate your entry choice(s) $10.00 each or 3 for $25.00. Note "FSC Calendar FR" in the memo and mail your entry to the address below. Mailed entries must be postmarked by Wednesday, January 25, 2023.

Drawing Details:

• Daily drawings begin February 1, 2023.
• Lucky recipients will be notified by phone and/or email.
• All entries are re-entered to win the daily prize each day of the month!
• Delivery plans will be discussed when notified.

Proceeds Information:

100% of the proceeds raised will go directly to support our Family Support Council (FSC) to assist individuals with developmental disabilities, brain injuries and their families/caregivers in our region. These funds will be used to provide access to quality-of-life needs not covered by insurance including:

• Enrichment programs
• Therapies
• Respite
• Community recreation, dances, & other important social opportunities
• Training/Education
• Adaptive equipment
• And So Much More!!!

Our Mission:

For almost 40 years we have assisted people who have developmental disabilities to live full lives in their communities. Over time, we have expanded our services to include those who have acquired brain disorders as well as the elderly.

We consistently hear how grateful people are that we are there to help them when they need it. We couldn’t do it without you– your generosity makes it possible for that to happen!
